Why nationalized banks ?

Private lenders price for speed, leading to higher borrowing costs. Nationalized banks price for scale and tenure - which is what a company, with requirements of massive capital, actually needs. Our advisory is built specifically around the gold standards of the industry, credit committee cycles, and consortium mechanics of leading public sector banks.

Why consortium finance ?

A single bank rarely holds the full exposure of a large facility. We assemble the consortium ourselves - coordinating between 2 to 5 banks so the client deals with One advisor and One process, not five separate underwriting teams.

How we work ?

1 Structure the requirement. We assess the client's balance sheet, cash flows and asset base to decide the right instrument - term loan, trade facility, or an unsecured line.

2 Build the consortium. We approach leading Nationalized Banks with existing appetite for the sector, and negotiate terms across the group in parallel, not sequentially, in order to cater to the best interests of the client.

3 Close and document. We manage sanction, documentation and disbursement conditions across every bank in the consortium until funds are placed, as promised.
